Gary NFT Collection
7,777 Garys: classes, rarities, mint phases and the fair reveal.
#Classes and rarities
7,777 Garys, each with one class and one rarity. Class and rarity are written in the metadata, can't change, and define what the NFT does in the game.
| Rarity | Share | Farmers | Producers | Police | In-game effect |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Common | 50% | 1,944 | 1,361 | 584 | 1.0x · raid 35% |
| Uncommon | 25% | 972 | 681 | 292 | 1.2x · raid 40% |
| Rare | 15% | 583 | 408 | 175 | 1.5x · raid 45% |
| Epic | 8% | 311 | 218 | 93 | 2.0x · raid 55% |
| Legendary | 2% | 78 | 54 | 23 | 3.0x · raid 65% |
| Total | 3,888 | 2,722 | 1,167 |
The multiplier boosts harvests (Farmers) and production (Producers). For Police, rarity sets the raid success chance, and Epic and Legendary cops raid faster.
#Mint
| Phase | Who | Price | Per wallet | Supply |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GTD | Top 777 $USDG holders | Free | 1 | up to 777 |
| Allowlist | Verifiable raffle winners | 5 USDG dollar | 3 | up to 3,500 |
| Public | Anyone | 10 USDG dollar | 5 | the rest |
| Reserve | Team and treasury (prizes, partners) | — | — | 500 |
- Fair GTD snapshot. 5 to 7 balance snapshots at random times over 7 days. Each wallet counts by its lowest balance in the period, so selling halfway drops you down the ranking, and splitting across wallets doesn't help.
- Verifiable raffle. Allowlist winners are picked with the hash of a future block announced in advance. Anyone can re-run the draw and get the same result.
- Leftovers go public. Unminted GTD and allowlist supply moves to the public sale. The 500 reserve is never sold.
- All mint revenue goes straight to the treasury multisig. The contract never holds funds.
- Royalties: 5% of secondary sales go to the treasury, where marketplaces honor them.
#Fair reveal
NFTs are minted hidden and revealed afterwards. Before the mint, we publish:
- Provenance hash — a fingerprint of all 7,777 images in their original order.
- Seed commitment — a fingerprint of a secret seed.
At reveal, the seed is published. The contract checks it against the commitment and mixes it with a block hash to decide the starting offset. Since the image order and the seed were fixed before the mint, nobody — not even the team — can choose who gets the rare ones. Anyone can verify it.
